Terms & Conditions

  1. The Dining Circle Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Kentish Dining Rooms.
  2. Kentish Dining Rooms reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme, and withdraw the card at any time without notice.
  3. The Dining Circle Loyalty Card is to be used by the authorised cardholder only and is not transferable.
  4. To qualify for any discounts or offers, The Dining Circle Loyalty Card must be presented on transaction by the cardholder. Discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively.
  5. Kentish Dining Rooms does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the cardholder should contact Kentish Dining Rooms on 01580 761616.
  6. The Dining Circle Loyalty Card is valid only at Thackeray's, Hengist, and Richard Phillips at Chapel Down.
  7. The Dining Circle Loyalty Card has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  8. Only one Loyalty Card per customer is permitted.
  9. Only one Loyalty Card per transaction is permitted.
  10. The Dining Circle Loyalty Card is valid until otherwise notified.
  11. Kentish Dining Rooms reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.
  12. For every £1 you spend in any of the three restaurants you will receive one point. When you have collected 200 points you can redeem them when you dine. At the time of redemption, one point holds a value of 10 pence.
